Illness-Related Cancellations
We understand that health is unpredictable, especially for members of our community. If you are unable to attend due to illness, we will fully reimburse your registration fee. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the process.

By attending this event, you acknowledge that photos and/or video may be taken throughout the conference. These images may be used by Scleroderma Canada and the Scleroderma Society of Ontario for future promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and print materials.
