Dr. Cohen Tervaert

Cohen Tervaert studied Medicine at the University of Groningen where he obtained his MD in 1981. Cohen Tervaert is registered as Internist, Nephrologist and Immunologist in the Netherlands and as a Rheumatologist and Clinical Immunologist in Alberta. In 1990, he obtained a PhD (cum laude). 
Currently, he is a Professor of Medicine and Divisional Director Rheumatology, University of Alberta in Edmonton. His research (collaboration with Dr. Mo Osman) focuses on fatigue occurring in patients with rheumatic and/or kidney diseases. 
He is (co) author of more than 480 scientific articles.
