DR. DANIELLE RICE

DR. Danielle Rice is a Clinical Psychologist who studied at McGill University. Broadly, her research centres on health psychology and patient engagement in research. Her doctoral research focuses on the experience of caring for a loved one with scleroderma, with the ultimate goal of developing resources to decrease the burden that can be associated with caregiving.

 

Danielle will be discussing her research that aims to understand the unique experiences and challenges that caregivers to a loved one with scleroderma face on a day-to-day basis. She will also present on the support services that have been highlighted as being potentially useful for caregivers and the ways that these services can be developed and maintained.
